EAST GREENWICH CHALLENGER/TOPS YOUTH SPORTS
The Challenger program is a program created to teach sports to young people with special needs in a caring coaching environment.
The Challenger program offers these young athletes the opportunity to participate in the same community sports programs as their typically developing peers. To wear a uniform and to play on the same field and courts.
The Challenger program also brings together both special needs and peer athletes in a positive and fun environment with our BUDDY PROGRAM.
The Challenger program is open to athletes of all ages with physical or intellectual challenges.
The Challenger season never ends. We offer basketball in the winter, soccer in the spring, baseball in the summer and flag football in the fall.
There is no cost to participate in these programs.
